A few words on this formula

As the Metal Element relates to air, conditions are easily identifiable with climates. Love and passion create heat, and without, the opposite. Man learns from the experience and he is a creature of habit. If his childhood family relationship was cold, distant and devoid of love, then he is more than likely to find his comfort in solitude.
It may not be his preference however, then he tries his best to give love that he never received in the family of his own.

The energy of Metal Element works in our lungs. It is the organ of exchange. We receive oxygen that plants created and give back carbon to them. It is far more important exhale - to give. Once you let go of the air you held, then inhalation - receiving is spontaneous and automatic.
